Bill & Eleanor Towner
|
 Bill & Eleanor Towner are a retired couple who want
to serve the Lord with the years they have left. Not a preacher, Bill
is in the ministry of helps. His experience as a layman in the
ministry over the years uniquely qualifies him to advise churches regarding
construction, remodeling, and various church ministries. Eleanor
coordinates the SWM Deaf Bible Institute, a correspondence designed to help
Deaf people learn the Bible and prepare for ministry.
